Kyle

Recreation and Leisure Programs Caregiver

“I have learned how to plan, manage, and deliver programs for all kinds of people, and thanks to field trips and practicing my profession, my learning goes away beyond the classroom.”

Kyle is a graduate of the Recreation and Leisure program at Fanshawe College and is well-liked by the elderly, whom he works with at at retirement facility.

He also has BSO (Behavioural System Outreach) training and Tiered Exercise Training from the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging and is certified in Lifing.

There are clear benefits to exercise programs, as activity benefits your health, improves cognition, reduces falls, improves sleep, reduces cardiovascular issues, and improves balance.
